Grandma's 80th Birthday!

We Love you, MOM! 80 beautiful Years!
On Sunday, May 30th, we celebrated Mom's 8oth Birthday. Her only wish was that all seven of her children go to the 10:45 Mass with her and so we happily did! She said that only the grandchildren living at home needed to come. However, since Anna and Kayden were visiting and it had been SO long since she had seen her Aunts and Uncles, we decided that my kids and grandkids could come too!

Following the Mass, we all went back to Grandma's and enjoyed a BRUNCH! Pete, Tasia, Chrissy, and Greg.

May Showers Bring?

So much rain, may as well make the best of it...umbrellas, then they can still play outside.

So fun!

Ama's Princess

Caitlin calls me Ama, sounds like mama without the m.

She is my only granddaughter and I adore her.

Grandpa's Helpers

Grandpa needed help. Look who arrived just in time to help!

First Grandpa gave Tommy the regular shovel, which Tommy managed to wield a few shovel fulls in the wheel barrow. But he was tiring, so out came the little shovels!

Caitlin was glad to help once the little shovels came out. Grandpa loves his helpers!

Luke's Quilt

Here is another baby quilt for my grandson, Luke.

The quilting is lassos, cowboy boots and hats.

Cowboy hats in the corners, and cowboy boots on the borders.

You Are Special!

At our Sunday dinner we celebrated Lyndsey's Birthday!

She is special and wonderful!

We fed her Filet Mignon, grilled by Greg...

She has had a busy month of May! Lyndsey and Luke.

The flames are growing...

and it's a little warm...

but she is still young enough to blow them all out! ( Is Tommy helping?)

I Think She is Wishing for the ability to manage 3 kids!

Happy Birthday, Lyndsey! We LOVE you!

The "new" Family Unit AKA I have a New grandson!

Luke Matthew Coons was born May 9th at 10:24PM. 7 pounds 9 ounces t Matt and Lyndsey. A perfect Mother's Day present! We kept Caitlin and Tommy. Matt came over Monday morning and we took them to the hospital to "meet" their brother!

Tommy is happy not to be too close! Caitlin is feeling a little displaced.
